Ciel is the treasurer of the student council of Light Academy, a school of angels. She is almost robotic in nature, being able to provide an answer for almost every question, has an immunity to tricks and lies thanks to her near-perfect memory and is excessively punctual. She does however seem to care for others, feeling honoured when others find her work helpful, and hopes for the player to not take the wrong path during a Quest. She is overly self confident, believing that her calculations are never wrong.

Ciel has light-blue medium/short hair and cyan eyes. She has a holy ring on her head and white angel wings on her back. She wears a student council uniform and some red glasses.
